Improved and featuring all-new free additional content, customize your character and playstyle as you take on jobs, build a reputation, and unlock upgrades. The relationships you forge and the choices you make will shape the story and the world around you. Legends are made here. What will yours be?

In this playthrough we cover:

Gig (Padre): Going Up or Down: El Gallo, once a respected engineer, has succumbed to a severe drug addiction, leading him to steal valuable scandium rods from a corpo warehouse. Padre tasks V with retrieving the stolen goods and dealing with El Gallo, who has barricaded himself in a building, lost in a haze of syn-coke-induced delusions.

God Bless This Mess (Fixer Padre Reward): After completing all of Padre's gigs in Heywood, V receives a message leading to a hidden stash. Inside, V finds the "Seraph," a unique and powerful pistol.

Gig (Regina): Hippocratic Oath: Dr. Lucy Thackery, a dedicated physician, is kidnapped by the Maelstrom gang to tend to their wounded. Despite being held against her will, she remains committed to her oath, striving to save lives. V is hired to rescue her.

Gig (Regina): Monster Hunt: Jotaro Shobo, a notorious figure within the Tyger Claws, has been exploiting braindance technology for heinous purposes. Regina tasks V with eliminating him, leading to a confrontation in the heavily guarded Ho-Oh club.

Gig (Okada): We Have Your Wife: Lauren Costigan has been abducted by the Tyger Claws and is held captive in a workshop's basement. Wakako Okada enlists V to infiltrate the location and rescue her.

Stairway to Heaven: V encounters the Zen master, again, who offers cryptic insights into the nature of existence. Through a series of meditative experiences, V is challenged to reflect on personal choices and the broader implications of their actions.

Gig (Regina): Welcome to America, Comrade: Mikhail Akulov, a prominent Soviet fixer, arrives in Night City under suspicious circumstances. Regina suspects ulterior motives and hires V to plant a GPS tracker on his vehicle.

Gig (Regina): Troublesome Neighbors: A group of Tyger Claws has set up an unauthorized pachinko operation in a residential area, causing unrest among the locals. Regina tasks V with addressing the situation, balancing the need for order with the potential for violence.

Gig (Regina): Dirty Biz: Bryce Stone, a televangelist, seeks justice for his son's murder, which was recorded and distributed as a braindance. With the NCPD showing little interest, he turns to V to retrieve the unedited footage, hoping to identify the perpetrator.

The Show Must Go On: From Phantom Liberty DLC, Steven calls V to meet up at a cafe. Upon sitting down, Steven will thank V and transfer $3,000 to V as a reward for helping him with the Brazil deal with SovOil.

One Way or Another: From Phantom Liberty DLC, V reconnects with Nele Springer, leading to a setup in Dogtown where V gets ambushed by a group of mercenaries.

Gig (Rogue): Hot Merchandise: Rogue assigns V a morally ambiguous task: disrupt a small business to prevent Militech from cracking down on the distribution of untraceable weapons.

Ezekiel Saw the Wheel: While visiting a diner, V witnesses a robbery in progress. V confronts the assailants, making them flee.

Gig (Reyes): Error 404: El Capitan tasks V with infiltrating a 6th Street-controlled area to install malware on their servers.

Kold Mirage: V uncovers the body of legendary netrunner Rache Bartmoss at the landfill as well as Dexter Deshawn's corpse. After scanning the freezer with Bartmoss, Johnny tells V to take Bartmoss's cyberdeck to Nix at the Afterlife for further investigation.

Gig (Regina): Backs Against the Wall: V is tasked with uncovering stolen medicine at an apartment complex. He is confronted by Corporal William Hare, whom he gets to stand down. Hare lets V take the medicine while he goes to sit down but, as soon as V leaves, he'll commit suicide.

Gig (Regina): Catch a Tyger's Toe: V is hired to upload malware to the H11 megabuilding. Someone going by the tag b@d got in touch with Regina Jones to try and attack Arasaka using the H11 megabuilding as a distraction.

Gig (Regina): Woman of La Mancha: V must ask around the Kabuki Market for a NCPD cop, Anna Hamill. He gets info from a ripdoctor that she's in a nearby motel. After getting into her room there's a standoff where V tries to convince her to give up the NCPD investigation.
