Migrant Invasion in Nashville

"Well, the area they're pointing to is Antioch, Tennessee, and locals affectionately call it “Hispaniok” due to the high concentration of Hispanic residents—many of whom are illegal immigrants.

We've been covering this story many times on my radio station, and it’s outrageous because the mayor of Nashville says he's heartbroken and deeply affected by the separation of families, yet he ignores the reality of the crimes being committed by these illegal immigrants. After saying he’s heartbroken, the next day we find out that there are members of the Tren de Aragua gang and child sex predators involved. So I ask: how does removing these individuals from the streets not make our community safer?

Going a step further, we have Metro Councilwoman Sandra Sepúlveda chasing down ICE buses and documenting their location. I believe that already crosses the line into obstruction, and I hope Tom Holman can carry out some arrests. This whole situation is insane. Everyone knew it was a problem in Nashville for a long time, and we’re very thankful that Homeland Security and ICE are stepping up enforcement so we can get rid of some of these illegal immigrant gang terrorists.

There are those who believe there may be 100 million illegal immigrants across the United States. And of course, illegal immigration has been a problem for decades, but it’s been speculated the number could be that high. In just the last four years, we've seen between 10 and 15 million—some speculate even 20. So I would venture to say that, if we've had immigration issues in this country all along, it’s possible there are that many people in the U.S.

So it’s no surprise that Tennessee patrol officers might stop one in every three people and find they’re illegal immigrants. This is a problem that has completely spiraled out of control. I remember going to the border during the Biden administration and just sitting there watching illegal immigrants enter the country every day. There was a time when men of military age—because that’s what they were—were throwing rocks at the Border Patrol and entering the country illegally, and it was like nothing was happening. Let’s not forget the 15,000 Haitians who were under an overpass in Eagle Pass, Texas.

Yes, it was a major issue. It was a large-scale invasion for four years, and that’s the reality. And I want to make one final point, Joe Bob: imagine if sanctuary city mayors actually enforced federal immigration law—if they truly cooperated with ICE. Imagine how many illegal immigrants we could locate and deport in just four years. But that’s why these sanctuary city mayors resist—because the problem is really widespread."
