Wyatt and Zeke Holladay are two brothers that take off on a cross-county road trip to find women, beer and trouble. Wyatt and Zeke ponder their future while running from their past. During their travels, Wapatto County Sheriff RJ Cornwall and Deputy Sandy Riggins become determined to bust them. And soon, an encounter in a bar will have violent consequences. Will the brothers survive? Can Wyatt avoid going back to prison again? Shot entirely in Oregon over the summer of 2005, Clint Sargent and Jeff Dodge have created a contemporary psycho-drama western that studies loyalty, fate and bar culture. Clocking in at a swift 50 minutes, "Go, Cowboy, Go!" is an independent short with many influences, including "Urban Cowboy", "Two Lane Blacktop", and "Easy Rider". Featuring a Rick Bain and the Genius Position dominated soundtrack (also featuring the Skirtchasers and John Ward), "Go, Cowboy, Go" made its' theatrical debut at the Laurelhurst Theater.
