Havana Syndrome, Scalar waves and V2K

13/05/2025 I'm still researching Voice to Skull technology (V2K) the first case acknowledged by mainstream media happened in the city of Havana (Cuba). Are the elites trying to upload our souls in some kind of Metaverse? Are Scalar waves true or fiction? Are we already in a simulation?
I am glad because I think I know what happened to me and why I was targeted.
