In this chapter, we get an 'update' if you will, on what the sacrifices were to be once the people of Israel made it to the Promised Land. Once they were established, fine flour, wine, and oil would be far more prevalent and sacrificing them to God with the animals makes more sense than when wandering through the desert.

We also see what the laws were concerning 'unintentional sin' (not premeditated, in most cases), and the penalty for breaking the Sabbath (Exodus 20:8-11).

How are we remembering what God says? Are we memorizing scripture, are we placing God's word around our houses to remember? Are we intentional in studying God's word? How can we do better this week?
