President Donald Trump says the leadership of Qatar knew that Boeing had encountered delays in building the next generation of the Air Force One aircraft and was helping the U.S. government by gifting a plane.

U.S. and Chinese officials say they have reached a deal to roll back most of their recent tariffs for 90 days. The two sides also agreed to keep talking to resolve their trade disputes.
