A lawsuit filed against Burger King claims that their Whopper burgers are smaller than advertised, and the case is moving forward. Nineteen plaintiffs from 15 different states allege that Burger King's advertisements depict the Whopper as 35% larger and containing more than double the meat than the actual burger.
