This Peach Bourbon Smash Is Spring in a Glass 🍑🥃

Today we bring a high proof bourbon to mint and peaches to give that a taste test for spring. This spring cocktail will bring mint and a punch to your face with Knob Creek 120.

This spring drink recipe could bring a bit more sweet peach, but it does carry along a punch of bourbon, lemon, honey, and a finishing of mint. The mint is pretty bright and "cold" in the finish, the bourbon and vanilla / honey carry through the drink (with the bourbon bringing a good punch right up front).

Muddling isn't that complicated to do, but this drink will take a moment to make, but it's always worth the price of admission vs. buying it for an overpriced amount at the restaurant or bar.

Peach Bourbon Smash
- 2 oz Bourbon
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Honey Mix / Syrup
- 5-7 Mint Leaves
- 2-3 Slices of Peach
