The Americans are developing a miniature Black Arrow cruise missile. It weighs only 100 kilograms but has a range of up to 640 kilometres. It can be fired from an AC-130J Ghostrider aircraft. Or from an MQ-9 Reaper drone. Or even an OA-1K attack aircraft.
