AGENT X11: EP 214: HELLYWOOD TRUE CRIME

In this episode TJ Ward speaks about a case that he has been working on for free for three years. It involves an individual who was falsely claimed to have committed sexual assault on a female. This individual is African American and due to the region in Georgia and the time frame in which he was found guilty, TJ believes this to be a case in which race was a primary factor in ignoring the true evidence.

He states that he received a letter from the alleged victim recently, stating that the rape never took place and that the prosecuting DA told her if she did not testify against the Defendant that she would be put in jail for filing a false police report.

TJ Ward works to obtain this man's freedom.
