PREDATORS WHO PLANNED TO KILL

In this video we'll discuss several child predators featured on Chris Hansen's "To Catch a Predator" who appeared to be planning to kill their victims. The two we'll focus on the most were found with what police refer to as "kill kits" in their trunks: Stephen Buchanan and Todd Spikes.
