You may use this sound 1 to 3 times a day. DO NOT listen more than that. My strong recommendation is to listen 1x a day but if you need to listen more then listen up to 3x a day.

As mentioned above, some of these frequencies are said to lower blood pressure (because blood pressure goes up when we are angry), slow your heart rate (because our heart rate increases when we are angry), and normalize the entire circulatory system.
