These frequencies are said to deal with anger and irritability; to prevent anger, release anger, reduce anger; relaxation, serotonin release, open your heart (Heart Chakra frequencies), lowering blood pressure, stimulation of love, stimulate kindness, stimulation or friendliness, love of others, love of self, mental balance, emotional balance, chakra balancing, improved stability, stimulation of normalized heart and circulatory system, fear, guilt, anxiety, depression, among others...

HOW TO USE:

You may use this sound 1 to 3 times a day. DO NOT listen more than that. My strong recommendation is to listen 1x a day but if you feel you need to listen more then listen up to 3x a day.

As mentioned above, some of these frequencies are said to lower the blood pressure (because blood pressure goes up when we are angry), slow your heart rate (because our heart rate increases when we are angry) and normalize the entire circulatory system.

Listen every day until you get results. If you start getting a headache stop and continue later or the next day. Play on low volume.

DRINK WATER!
These frequencies will make you thirsty so keep water beside you or go drink water immediately after listening.
