Establishes a comprehensive regulatory scheme (R.S. 30:2591–2596) to prohibit all forms of weather modification, geoengineering, cloud-seeding, solar radiation modification, etc.,

Bans any person or entity from conducting weather-modifying activities via aircraft, balloons, space platforms, ground generators, or similar means.

The public can continue to send emails, calls to their legislators for support, and the Governor- he can help direct those agencies to support the bills- We really need the governor!!!
