The Mind of Christ

Philippians 2:1-11
The Bible exhorts us to have the mind of Christ. I have great difficulty in describing the Mind of Christ. Just consider who’s mind we are talking about. This passage of scripture is about what is found in the Mind of Christ, and that we are to be likeminded, and how this is achieved.
2:1-3, If there be therefore any consolation in Christ, if any comfort of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any bowels and mercies, fulfil ye my joy, that ye be likeminded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind. Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves. If there be therefore any consolation in Christ, if any comfort of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any bowels and mercies … takes us back to, Php 1:27 Only let your conversation be as it becometh the gospel of Christ: that whether I come and see you, or else be absent, I may hear of your affairs, that ye stand fast in one spirit, with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel; Conversation = your manner of life, your are a citizen of the heavenly kingdom. be as it becometh the gospel of Christ: That is not speaking of being born again … it means are you bringing grace or disgrace to your citizenship … is your behavior as a citizen of heaven worthy of His divine expectation for you?
