I don't like red core builds in general because they don't give you much freedom of movement. This one seems pretty sturdy though... if you can prevent enemies from flanking you. I'll give it a few more whirls.

I chose Firewall specialization for this build because if you're going to use a build that boosts shields, then why not boost it all the way?
