His assertion to authorities and the Court that he’s "buying a gun" if Susan is ever released from prison is generally considered a death threat. Family court appointed evaluator, Christine D. Pigeon, Ph.D., had already ordered him to submit to weekly drug tests if he wanted visiting privileges with his kids. Thank God his bid to get custody of Susan's 15-year-old son, Gabe, when she was arrested failed. Yet, Dateline and the DA relied on Morris to smear her.
