Today, I'm interviewing someone who I love what he’s doing. I'm in total support, and it's Reverend JIM HARDEN. He's a dedicated pro-life advocate, the leader of the company called Compass Care Community, which helps women through the issues they're experiencing when they're pregnant, when they're at risk. He's an outspoken on his views on medical ethics which is crazy today, executive leadership and pro-life strategy. He has 10 children. Oh, my goodness, that's a lot. God bless you, Pastor, I'm so excited to have you here.
I want to start by talking about a bombing. There was a bombing in one of your centers. In Buffalo, New York. You can see pictures here. Not only was there a bombing, but they came back a second time, and they put graffiti on the building and on the sign.

JIM HARDEN: Yes, exactly, Gary, thanks for having me on. It's an honor to be with you. On June 7th 2022, shortly before the ruling of the Dobbs case came out, with respect to abortion ,the one that overturned Roe versus Wade. We were firebombed in the morning at our office in Buffalo, NY. It was hit by a well-funded, well executed firebombing in the dead at night, multiple perpetrators, broken glass, Molotov cocktails, 2 firefighters were injured, and it's all captured on video.
And it took 5 weeks for the FBI to actually review the video surveillance! A Pro-abortion Antifa front group known as Jane's Revenge, claimed responsibility and warned in a communique,
“We will hunt you down and make your lives a living hell. So far it's just been pregnancy centers, but tomorrow it might be your cars, your homes, or even your lives.”
This is just this was just the first of multiple attacks and death threats that we've experienced. That later morphed into a weaponized legislation by Governor Hochul, lawfare by Letitia James., and Big tech censorship by Google and Yelp. And we've just. Been notified we were the target of a cyber terrorist attack.
The FBI and the DOJ not only just slow walked investigations, but Joe Biden himself signed an executive order a month after the firebombing essentially created the reproductive Health Task force to investigate: “Fraudulent practices of pregnancy centers.”
We have had whistleblowers coming out of the FBI saying,
“Why are they taking off of taking us off Bonafide sex crime investigations, to investigate peaceful pro-life pregnancy centers? All they do is provide free medical care and support to women facing unplanned pregnancies.”
This was amazing. And, by the way, it's not over. This is a pattern of behavior (by the FBI).

GARY SCARANO: Jim. Not only is it pattern of behavior. I can't believe this website exists and hasn't been taken down. It's Jane's Revenge blogs. And it says, quote
“We encourage anyone to gather their friends, pick up a crowbar, a bottle of spray paint, find your missing your ‘fake’ (Abortion) pregnancy centers.”
They are encouraging people to commit violence. How can these websites exist, when you when you go on Facebook and you say something about Christ, and get blocked?

JIM HARDEN: It's totally illegal. It's a violation of U.S. law. They're basically a terrorist organization. And we don't know how they're able to stay on there. Aside from the fact that the DOJ and the FBI and Law enforcement were essentially taking their cues from a very corrupt Biden administration. And there's a lot of vestiges that are held over from that. Thankfully the trump Administration is cleaning house. Pam Bondi is coming in. President trump himself signed Executive Order 14202, establishing the task force to eradicate anti-Christian bias. Believe it or not.

GARY SCARANO: There is so much anti-Christian bias in the government, isn't there, Jim?

JIM HARDEN: Oh, it's absolutely astounding how much anti-Christian bias there is, and people don't hear about this very often. In fact, at an Easter service recently, President Trump even mentioned it. You don't hear about this anti-Christian bias that much, but it's out there, and it's getting worse. And thankfully we've had the inaugural Task Force meeting with Pete Hegseth, Pam Bondi, and Marco Rubio. I mean, the Trump administration is very serious about, figuring out who these people are, and where they are.

GARY SCARANO: And there's something that was passed that is really negative against Christians, and pro-life is called the FACE Act. Tell me what that is about.

JIM HARDEN: So the FACE Act was signed into law by Bill Clinton, and specifically weaponized against pro-life Christians, to quell pro-life speech and public expression, and that's almost exclusively been used for that purpose. Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act is what the acronym refers to FACE. Senator Chip Roy introduced legislation to repeal the FACE Act, but if not repealed, it should be enforced equally. I've been beating this (drum) from for 3 years, and finally, Assistant U.S. Attorney General Harmeet Dillon, went on Glenn Beck a week ago and said, we're going to enforce the Face act against these pro-abortion terrorists that firebombed, Compass Care, and other places. So thankfully where the dawn of justice is beginning to shed its rays.

JIM HARDEN: I would love to see the FBI and Kash Patel give the names of the fire bombers to Pam Bondi so that they can be indicted. I would love to see the FACE Act repealed.

There's a lot going on in America. I think this is a pivotal moment, not just in America, but in the history of the world. There is a kind of a earthquake that we're experiencing politically here in America that represents a larger kind of political storm that's undermining (us).

GARY SCARANO: Pastor, What's the solution in your mind?

JIM HARDEN: The solution is, is a return to Christ. We've got to repent and understand that the terrible majesty of God Almighty, He looks at the nations, and He sees dust right. We're nothing, not nations are nothing to Him. He is the King of kings, that everybody's going to be judged by his standard. All sin must be paid for either it's going to be paid for by Christ on the cross, or we're going to have to pay for it forever.
And the nation of America has committed so much, and, in fact exported so much sin, specifically holding nations account holding nations hostage to sinful policies like abortion or transgenderism, or same-sex marriage. These things are being exported from America, like Babylon.

GARY SCARANO: I would like to see the church more involved in the public square. The 501c3 Johnson Amendment was enacted by Senator Johnson (who later became President) because he saw Christians were voting Republicans. So he figured out a way to put the churches under their thumb. They were pretty successful. So now you can't talk about Jesus in school, in the college, in the public square at work.
People are silent. They're not really out there speaking. We have some missionaries who go to foreign countries. I'd love to see them in this country. I'd love to hear your closing thoughts on that pastor.

JIM HARDEN: I wrote a column in my NewsMax about the Johnson Amendment, and how the church needs to step up. It's the responsibility of pastors to be the prophetic moral voice in society, no matter whether we have a Johnson amendment or not, we've got to be the watchman, so that we don't have blood on our hands. We've got to warn people of the wickedness that's going to incur the judgment of God.
We've got to count the cost. If you're going to be a pastor, count the cost. You are required to speak the truth about what it means to be human under God and the role of government in human affairs, and if you refuse, you will have blood on your hands, just like Paul talked about when he was talking to those Pastors in (the book of) Acts.

JIM HARDEN: I'm again encouraging people to get back to Christ, to submit to Christ, to recognize his lordship and to encourage their friends, family, and neighbors to do the same thing. This is what it's all about. I'm not saying that America is a Christian nation. It should be a nation of Christians. If we're not going to self-discipline and hold ourselves to the standard of Christ, then the Government is going to have to step in and do it for us, and that's always a negative, a net negative, especially since democracy always tends to turn into tyranny.
