This season runs through November 30, with NOAA and NHC predicting long-term averages of 15 named storms, 8 hurricanes, and 4 major hurricanes for the Pacific Basin.

Good news for now: no tropical cyclone formation is expected in either basin over the next seven days! In the Pacific, the first storm will be named Alvin, while the Atlantic's first system will be called Andrea. Stay ahead of the storms with accurate updates on the tropics, outlooks, and weather patterns.
