The Tier list of 2025's problematic persons. Case closed for these individuals (External's VRChat Courtroom)

This is the tier list of those who had been problematic from the first half of 2025. From predators to attention seekers to downright minors doing stuff that their not supposed to do. however i will not be answering questions regarding this tier list due to a few reasons. one being the fact people defends these allegations on them when been discussed and proven. if you have questions about these individuals im sorry to say that i will not be answering due to the fact that this is a case close to those people and closed for a good time.

A TIER = People who continues to either troll or cause problems on a basis.
B TIER = Just absolute trolls
C TIER = People who wants to change subject or cause issues via argument.
D TIER = just people misinformed and not understanding the situation
FINAL TIER = People who changed their ways
