Having trouble getting a belt onto a pulley? In this video, I show you a simple trick using a ratchet strap to help pull the belt into place safely and effectively. This method works great in a pinch when you don’t have a second set of hands or a belt tensioning tool nearby. Easy Fix!

This hack can also be applied to other tight pulley systems or machinery where you need a little extra leverage without damaging your equipment. Just make sure everything is secure, and go slow!

Tools used or recommended:
• Belt
• Ratchet strap
• Gloves
• Eyewear
• Screwdriver (I only had a trowel available)
