Visual Meditations: SENSUAL FREEDOMS

My latest visual meditation takes us back to the distant memories of lockdown and the erosion of individual freedoms we all experienced. As soon as some illusory 'authority' demands compliance, restricts movement, speech or expression it's time to sit up and take notice. Unfortunately most souls chose fear, apathy, anger, judgement and condemnation.

Welcome to the matrix, a system with roots so deep in your psyche it makes you suspicious of your parents and neighbours while blindly obeying authority. I decided to travel the world, break some long running generational patterns and reclaim the power of my energy and attention. Real awakening (self-realisation) just as real freedom is INTERNAL.

To live free, that is without mental or material limitations in this day and age is a revolutionary act. It requires an extraordinary amount of self discipline, honesty, integrity & consistency. Mental slavery is yet another layer of hypnotisation to wake up from. if you are easily seduced, you can be easily enslaved. Seduction comes in many forms and elevation of consciousness is about having discernment & purifying your body temple so you have a more refined taste for higher vibrations. Sensual pleasures can bind us in craving—or liberate us through awareness. True freedom arises not in denial, but in meeting the senses without clinging..

"The oppressive vibrational toxicity of the matrix creates negative thinking, toxic energetic patterns & a distorted worldview that not only disempowers the spirit but also plants a negative belief that any rebellion against this system is “wrong”. The spell of the matrix works both to discourage the soul from trusting their intuition & exploring personal power while also fooling the soul into thinking they must abide by the “rules” of the toxic system in order to access freedom, happiness or abundance.

Once the matrix system has seeded it’s toxic programming into the mind of an individual it then harvests the soul’s energy that would normally be used for love, abundance & creativity and instead attacks the spirit with the frequencies of doubt, fear and lack. When a mind is not free & is living under a spell of distortion all that they create from that warped perception of reality becomes energetically toxic, distorted & out of alignment with the generous, abundant, loving & kind true nature of the universe."- Zinastar Mahadevi
