Now, here's my top 10 list of the Worst Films of 1999 (via "Letterboxd".):

1. "Wild Wild West" (The Most Disappointing Action Blockbuster of the Summer when it comes to Will Smith, Kevin Kline, Salma Hayek, Kenneth Branuagh and director, Barry Sonnenfeld! Based on the Original Western TV Series that was basically a James Bond set in the West with Robert Conrad.)
2. "Inspector Gadget" (Wowsers! This was close enough to be my number #1 but I couldn't. Nevertheless, that was my second worst disappointment as I was a huge fan of the 1983 DiC animated series with Don Adams. All of which was an excellent show Matthew Broderick was totally miscast and Rupert Everett gives his over-the-top terrible performance as "Dr. Claw" who was not supposed to be shown! And who would have thought that "Cool As Ice" director, Steven Kellogg came back for this mess?)
3. "The Adventures of Elmo in Grouchland" (Bad enough Elmo became the center of attention on "Sesame Street", awful enough he gets a "Tickle Me Elmo" and takes half of his own show, "Elmo's World". But worse of all, he gets his own theatrical feature that's as grouchy as a wet blanket! ELMO'S SECURITY BLANKET!! Elmo, you're no Linus Van Pelt! Stop it!)
4. "Baby Geniuses" (It ain't "Look Who's Talking" nor "Rugrats". What genius thought of a great idea for a movie of cute babies with intelligence minds? Ask director, Bob Clark!)
5. "The Mod Squad"
