One thing I didn’t expect was that the Lumen doesn’t work great for people following a strict ketogenic diet. At first, I thought it would help track ketosis, but it turns out ketosis can throw off its readings.

From what I’ve seen, Lumen is best for people who want to improve their metabolic flexibility. That means your body can more easily switch between burning fat and carbohydrates for fuel, depending on what you eat and how active you are.
