Homemade Simple French Bread

There is nothing better than fresh, soft, homemade bread. Once you learn this recipe the world of bread making will open up.
☆Recipe☆
-For Two Loaves-
•5-6 Cups All-purpose Flour •0.25 Oz Yeast (about 1 TBSP)
•1½ tsp Salt •2 Cups warm water (90-110°F)
•1 TBSP Corn Meal •1 Egg White + 1 tsp water
-Bake at 375°F for 15-20 minutes. Brush the bread with egg wash, and bake again for another 15-20 minutes or until the bread sounds hollow when flicked. The internal temperature of the bread should read around 190°F-210°F.
