**Maggi Omelette Recipe: A Savory Fusion of Noodles and Eggs**
*Quick, flavorful, and perfect for breakfast or snacks!*
**Ingredients** (Serves 2-3)
- **Maggi Noodles**: 1 packet (with tastemaker)
- **Eggs**: 3 large (beaten)
- **Vegetables (optional)**:
- Onion (2 tbsp, finely chopped)
- Tomato (2 tbsp, deseeded & chopped)
- Green chili (1, finely chopped)
- Fresh cilantro/coriander (1 tbsp, chopped)
- **Spices**:
- Red chili powder (¼ tsp, optional)
- Turmeric (a pinch, optional)
- **Oil/Butter**: 2-3 tbsp (for cooking) **Instructions**
1. **Cook Maggi Noodles**:
- Boil 1.5 cups water in a pan. Add noodles and cook for 2 minutes.
- Stir in the Maggi tastemaker, simmer for 1 more minute. Drain excess water and let cool slightly.
2. **Prepare the Omelette Mixture**:
- In a bowl, beat eggs. Add cooked Maggi, chopped veggies, and spices (if using). Mix well.
3. **Cook the Omelette**:
- Heat oil/butter in a non-stick pan on medium heat.
- Pour the mixture, spread evenly. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges set.
- Flip carefully (or cover with a lid to cook the top without flipping). Cook the other side for 2 minutes until golden.
4. **Serve**:
- Slice and serve hot with ketchup, chili sauce, or green chutney.

- **Crispy Texture**: Let the omelette cook undisturbed for a crispier base.
