In this video, I discuss why Foundational Black American Freedmen need to push for an anti-black hate crime law.

I specifically break down misconceptions regarding the ability of the government to help specific groups (status or otherwise). I also debunk the anti-asian hate crime bill (C0vid19 Hate Crime Bill), which used specific language to denounce anti-asian hate. It also, at least in the case of California, PRIMARILY allocated state funds (given to them by the federal government) to Asian organizations, businesses, etc.
