Double Kettlebell Workout w/ Water Jugs
Didn’t have my kettlebells on our vacation so I improvised with two 1 gallon water jugs!
The grip was different of course and it hurt after a while but I still got a good workout.
Here’s the double KB (jugs) workout
Feel free to repeat 2-3x
Double KB workout
9 exercises
8 reps each
2-3 sets
1) Sumo Squats
2) Swings
3) Squats
4) Ouside Swings
5) Swing-Clean-Squat-Press
6) Gorilla Squats
7) 1 Swing, 1 Snatch
8) Gorilla Rows
9) Snatch
