Dianne's Delicious 5-Minute Bean and Cheese Tacos!

Ingredients:
-Corn Tortillas
-Coconut Oil
-Cheddar Cheese, shredded
-Lettuce,chopped
-Tomatoes,chopped
-Onions,chopped
-Salsa

Directions:
1. In a large fry pan, heat several tablespoons of coconut oil.
2. Place 1-3 tortillas into the fry pan for a moment. Add beans and cheese in the middle.
3. Fold one side of the taco over, fry, then flip over and fry the other side. You can tell when they are done when the cheese starts to melt and the tortillas start to brown. Remove from pan.
4. Fill with lettuce, tomatoes, onion, salsa, and a spritz of lime. Enjoy!
