Life triumphed over death

Life triumphed in Guanajuato, Mexico. A majority of PAN legislators said no to the decriminalization of abortion. Now there are only 9 out of 32 Mexican states where life is still protected from conception.

In fact, one of the PAN legislators who supported this "yes to life" said that this goes against the State Constitution which defends life from conception.

This is despite the fact that the Mexican Supreme Court has been very pro-abortion and has tried to block initiatives like this one.

At the same time, it’s important to note that PAN has historically been a conservative party, and these legislators from Guanajuato have proven to be so. However, there are elements within the party, including their presidential candidate, who have gone against those founding principles.

However, for now we see light in the midst of darkness.
