Ok but the last one is actually
SO hard I dread it every single time e
I aim for 8 reps//3 sets using challenging weight, controlled pace, prioritizing protein, and consistency per usual
At home l tend to go lighter but focus HEAVILY on form, slowing down, tension. At the gym, where I have access to heavier weights + diff equipment, I try to really challenge myself with weight amount while maintaining good form. Use what you have!
