Lazy days
Sitting in a summer vibe
Lost in a haze
Just what the doc's prescribe
A feelin' I can't accurately describe
All I've got to do is be
This happiness is free

Just slow it down, let the moment breathe
Let go the weight you wear beneath
Life don't always go in line
But joy can grow in overtime
So close your eyes, let troubles slide
There's still a light you hold inside

No need for stress
Though I've got plenty
Take a breath
It don't cost a penny
Thoughts I've got many
All they do is spin around
And add a weight that pulls me down

Now, I tell you, friend
Don't let it nag
It don't amend
It'll only drag
Into that crag
Of mindless worry
And endless fury

So let your mind unwind
It ain't as bad as you may think
And you may come to find
That within a simple blink
The world is colored in rosy pink
You don't have to be blind
To find some peace of mind

Don't fret what you can't change
Do what you can do
look around and rearrange
The sky is awfully blue
Just take a look at that view
The world is better than you know
Slow down and feel that flow

The world can feel so awfully bad
When all you notice is the hurt
But things don't have to be so sad
You don't have to eat the dirt
Or worry problems to avert
Just ease your mind
And give yourself some time
