Weekly Update: Healing Peripheral Nerve Damage, Hypothyroidism, EMF/RF Remediation and Blood Sugar

It’s been a while since my last update. Since my last post, my symptoms have flared pretty severely in part due to stress.

The healing process from TBI has been extremely challenging. The last time I had access to this part of my brain was in 2006. I don’t really know myself very well. After releasing my last video about how my life got to this point, I crashed. It was the first time I told that story, and something about saying it out loud made it real. That combined with stress and being late getting my HRT, tanked my energy and made doing even simple tasks extremely overwhelming, along with a major flare of symptoms. The hard part about my situation is that the conventional medical system can’t help me. So, much like many other chronically ill patients, I’m left to fend for myself, which is why I believe that the system is failing.

Awhile ago, I released a series of interviews about the American medical system, some of which will be released on here.

Heartmind Institute: I’ve been kicking my self-compassion up with my membership. I can feel that the damage to my peripheral nerves isn’t completely healed yet as I can’t feel myself fully during meditation. Healing from TBI has been tough. I’m still getting to know myself and what my emotions mean when I feel them.

Adrenal/Stress support: BeSerene and BeSerene IR from Healthy Gut.

MCAS: My symptoms have reemerged in a milder form. I knew this was a possibility because I'm still working on addressing the source of my MCAS: infections, parasites, drainage, and toxins. I started taking HistaHarmony from Healthy Gut, a delayed-release DAO enzyme, which seems to be helping.

EMF/RF remediation: I recently bought an EMF/RF meter and was able to get my sleeping area free of both EMF and RF at night. I’m sleeping a lot better, as seen in my sleep tracking app.

Rapid Energy Reset: I’m on week two of this program and it’s helping restore my energy, but not superficially like caffeine. This is a deep sense of energy that you can feel on cellular level due to the mitochondria support.

Rapid Parasite Release: I’m just getting started with this program and I’m both bracing myself for what’s to come and excited because I know from RGR that I’m hovering over a major issue.

Thyroid: Thyroid Fixxr and I just finished my second round of thyroid bioregulators called ThyroPep from Integrative Peptides.

Blood Sugar: Wellthy Life Berberine has gotten my blood sugar balanced enough to start fasting longer. It works light years better than the other berberine supplements I’ve tried.

Weight: since my blood sugar is balanced, I’ve added a new peptide called Can’t Weight from Integrative Peptides that’s helping to decrease my appetite. However, I may not be healthy enough yet to lose weight.

Mold: three scoops of PectaSol daily, Energybits chlorella, and CellCore Carboxy.

Clean home: I ordered a subscription box of Truly Free cleaning products. Unboxing coming soon.
