St. Mary's Academy Crusaders vs. Axtell Eagles (2003)

This game was stolen from us. We knew it at the time, we knew it during the game, we knew it after the game, and now this footage is proof we were right all along.

At 34:59 they snuck a receiver off the sideline at the change of the quarter. You can see that I am looking ONLY in the backfield because there was no receiver to my side. I have never NOT been aware of a receiver to my side. They snuck him in and that's why he's so incredibly wide open.

At 43:32 there is NO PENALTY WHATSOEVER. I watched this clip 100 times and can't find a penalty. NONE. The refs famously took a long time huddling up for this one so they could come up with something.

Words were exchanged between coaches, parents and the refs after the game because we KNEW they had stolen this one from us.

So that's two plays, two touchdowns. On paper they won, but in their hearts they know they cheated. This footage is proof.

With that being said, I have a lost fumble, a muffed punt and a dropped interception, so maybe in the end this all balances out.
