In this video we dive into the direct oval. This movement is fundamental to the alphabet but there are 4 capital letters that derive from the direct ovals counter clockwise rotation. I hope this helps you on your journey of learning Muscular Movement writing. All in all I just hope that you find some joy in cursive handwriting and bring it into your life.
