Aboard the Aurora, fitted with a powerful transmitter and synthesizer, Sebastian blended earthly sounds—ocean waves, birdsong—with tones designed for alien perception. His tracks embedded mathematical sequences, DNA structures, and cultural fragments, merging art with interstellar communication.

Challenges and Connection

The mission’s isolation and uncertainty weighed heavily. Doubting whether his music would be understood, Sebastian found comfort in classic vinyls. While broadcasting Space disco, he detected a harmonic signal from K2-18b, echoing his own motifs. This sparked a musical exchange with the Melodions, a civilization responding with songs like Earth’s Anthem, woven with Amazonian imagery.
