Palm beach County, Florida - On 11/2/2024 police officers observe an erratic vehicle driving through a parking lot while doing routine patrols at a business plaza. When the vehicle is stopped for a traffic stop for the driving pattern, it is discovered that the driver’s license is suspended and there is a seize tag order on the vehicle. Upon speaking with the driver, she has bloodshot eyes, odor of an unknown alcoholic beverage, and slurred speech. She spontaneously states that she knows the police are there to conduct a DUI test on her. While completing field sobriety tasks, she becomes argumentative with officers and keeps coming up with excuses as to why she is struggling with the tasks. She is ultimately charged with driving under the influence and driving while license canceled, suspended or revoked after being unable to part with her vape.
