Fry Fingerlings Fish🤔

Not sure what kind of fish species are surrounding this dock lately. They look like healthy bait for now.

Boat ramp parking was full of trailers on a Friday, 4-5 Trucks with trailers is about all it can accommodate. Kayakers also launch from here. First come first serve, if one can’t get parking and tries again in an hour or two, there probably will be an opening. Most people that use this ramp, or who come to fish, live in the neighborhood, so it’s easy to check how busy it is especially by walking, biking or golf cart.

Some college age youth were out having fun, and a few left their boats and piled onto others. Everybody disappeared. We had the place to ourselves for a little while.

Missy enjoyed being off leash but she sure was wiped out from a long walk just before. As I was unlocking our front door when we got home, she went all the way down on her side. She was panting and needed a minute on the shaded area of the patio. Shocked me. I let her rest a bit then quickly got her to walk inside. Got a fresh, cool, room temperature sheet to lie on over carpet, little slice of frozen banana and some room temp water. Then a couple frozen blueberries. She felt better within 30 minutes. That time of the year, have to check that the ground is not too hot or anything else outdoors that she might want to jump on. Shorter walks with more shade should help.
