God in the bible makes it clear in the new testament that inspired the apostles of Jesus that people would come and preach false messages about Jesus and bring in different faiths giving people a delusion of thinking they follow God when they do not.

Satan can purposely also do miracles and give them false sense of peace from other religions such as islam , jehovahs witness and mormons in order to remove that person from following the true Jesus of christianity who is triune.
