How Can We Love Our Neighbor as Ourselves?

Jesus said, 'Love your neighbor as yourself.' But how do we actually do that?

First, be merciful and forgiving. In Luke 6:36–38, Jesus teaches us to show mercy, avoid judgment, and forgive others. The way we treat others reflects how we want to be treated.

Second, understand that love isn't indulgence. True love means setting healthy boundaries and guiding others toward what's right.

Lastly, recognize that our attitudes project onto others. If we're compassionate and patient, we foster a more understanding environment.

Remember, 'Our neighbor is just like us. At times he needs mercy, at times he needs correction, but he always needs our love.'

Let's strive to love others genuinely and wisely.
