The Politically Retarded can be well trained to be Puppets of the True Elite we never see, hear or know.

They even allow some of the Mentally Retarded to become Billionaires because they know there is no true threat, because, once again – they ARE Mentally Retarded and will always remain good little Programmable Assistants.
