WV Pepperoni Rolls

My husband and I decided to go try a new pizza place in our town. I was super excited when I saw they had WV rolls on the menu. Boy, was I disappointed! They were nothing like WV pepperoni rolls. In that moment, I knew I had to make these for my family.

If you aren't using Rhodes frozen dough in your kitchen regularly, you're seriously missing out.

WV Pepperoni Rolls
Ingredients:
Rhodes frozen dinner rolls
Pepperoni
Mozzarella Cheese
Marinara for dipping, if desired

1. You will need one roll for each pepperoni roll you'll want to make. They will need several hours to rise. Follow package directions.
2. Preheat oven to 425°
3.Once dough has risen, you will roll the dough out and add 2-3 pepperonis, depending on their size, and about a tablespoon of mozzarella inside the dough. Roll to get a nice seal.
4.Cover and let rise one more time. About 30 minutes.
5. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
6. Serve with marinara and ENJOY!
