Theo then entered the Capitol building, where he spent about an hour inside. He claims he helped officers and did not touch any of them, but was later charged with two felonies and five misdemeanors. Theo expresses frustration with how the events have been portrayed, stating that he had no intention of participating in an insurrection and was simply standing up for his beliefs.
