Just one minute to thank God

Take one minute, stop and pray,
Thank you God for this new day.
For the breath I take,
for the eyes that see,
for the love, for life,
for setting me free.

Thank you for the highs and lows,
for every path that only You know.
Being thankful changes hearts,
it heals, it lifts, it restarts.
Gratitude open eyes to grace
to find Your goodness
in every place.

I thank God every time I remember You.
