I am indeed the leader of the Galactic Federation but i plan to quite my job in 1,100 years.
If the earth dose not join before then you all may get attacked by them due to around haft of them dont want earth to join & dont want earth to be allowed to go into space travel you joining before i quite my job is a good way to save the earth from them destroying the earth in the near future.
