For many years our American Government has been undermined and sidelined by our public employees--- purposefully on their part, but without full disclosure given to us.

They have been engaged in an illegal occupation of our government and country, based on their participation in an equally illegal Mercenary Conflict that has been misrepresented as The American Civil War.

Under the False Presumption that The American Civil War was a lawfully declared and actual war, they have maintained operations under The Law of War in the international jurisdiction of the sea ever since the 1860's.

In 1937, our two foreign Federal Subcontractors, one British Territorial Corporation and one Roman Municipal Corporation, colluded to form a mutually beneficial agreement known as The Declaration of Interdependence of the Governments in The United States. Again, without a word to us.

As a result of this "relationship", the American people have paid for in tandem duplication of Federal and State-of-State services, being unnecessarily coerced to pay for a Territorial Department of Defense and a Municipal version known as the DOD, a Territorial Department of Labor, and a Municipal DOL, and so on throughout the entirety of the "mirrored" Federal and State-of-State franchised service.

They continued in this unauthorized and collusive relationship from 1937 to 2015, when the Municipal Subcontractor declared Chapter 7 Involuntary Bankruptcy.

In order to maintain their pretense of "war" the USA, Inc., "Commander-in-Chief" has issued a declaration of "war" on something every two years: war on poverty, war on drugs, war on war, etc., etc., etc.--- but there is not and never has been any actual declared war by the American Government since The War of 1812.
