1- Set the back pad as low as possible and stay leaned back throughout the set. This allows extra range of motion towards the stretch and makes getting in and out of the machine easier🤙

2- Keep your feet out of the equation, keep them either just hanging or just rested on the foot rests 👣

3- Externally rotate your legs a little bit and maintain that external rotation throughout the set. This exposes the adductors, decreases the amount of weight you can use but increases the direct stimulus for the adductors as they're now more aligned with the motion of the machine⚙️

4- Push with your teardrops while maintaining that external rotation at the pelvis and setting the whole rest of your body in stone, the set is gonna feel f***ing GNARLY 😮‍💨

5- Aggresive on the concentric, hold that squeeze, slow on the eccentric, hold that stretch, embrace the pain 💦
