Field USA: Training Disciples, Planting Churches

Field USA, based in China Township, Michigan, is a faith-based organization committed to making disciples and multiplying churches across the U.S. Rooted in the Missionary Church denomination, Field USA empowers everyday Christians to engage in hands-on ministry through simple, biblical methods.

At the core of their mission is the Four Fields model—a step-by-step framework that includes building relationships, sharing the gospel, discipling new believers, and forming multiplying church communities.

Field USA also offers accredited Ministry Training—available online and in person—to equip pastors and leaders with practical tools for church planting. Their Outpost model helps local groups grow into fully functioning churches.

Led by Director Anthony Ferriell and a team of experienced trainers, Field USA is building a movement of disciple-makers who are changing communities from the ground up.
