Beautiful weather abounds despite the threat of rain. Spain is a stunner in springtime.

The famous wine fountain wasn’t producing for my second time walking this part of the Frances route, although I did taste a drop and let’s just say I’m not missing out. And for those who want to get upset about me wine tasting the fountain by mouth… FYI my lips were far from the spout and I’ve never filled up bottle full of free wine. Chill out Peregrinos.

There is nothing quite like walking across a country to truly explore it. It’s a high recommendation to more fully explore a nation using this method if possible.

Los Arcos had a music festival going on and I enjoyed dancing with the locals.

Another great day minus injuries, although 5 small cuts appeared on my toes and Pilgrim surgery commenced.

Bummer—my prescription sunglasses broke today and the next big city with an optical store is closed for Palm Sunday.

Solutions will appear.
