MK Ultra is NOT a conspiracy theory, it is well documented as a C.I.A. experiment and was investigated by our own government and there are mass amounts of documents that were declassified under the freedom of information act that further exposes the Mk Ultra Experiments. The only Theory surrounding this is whether or not they continued the project and research while publicly announcing they are abandoning it. This Theory is very plausible due to the things we are witnessing in contemporary times such as social engineering.
